Go to the Sign Up page and register using your email address or Google account. It takes less than a minute.
Your UID is how we verify your identity after a match. Without it, we can't confirm you played under the right account, which means you won't be eligible for prizes. Add it in Profile Settings.
Yes. Go to Dashboard → Profile Settings and update your details. Make sure any changes are done before registering for a tournament — not during one.
Yes. Head to Profile Settings and you'll find an option to set a password for your account.
No. Each person is allowed exactly one account. Multiple accounts are a violation of our Terms & Conditions and result in a permanent ban of all accounts involved.
Go to the Forgot Password page, enter your registered email, and we'll send you a reset link.
Go to Dashboard → My Wallet. Scan the UPI QR code with any UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.), complete the payment, and then enter your UTR number on the same page to submit the deposit for verification.
UTR stands for Unique Transaction Reference. Many UPI apps show a 12-digit UPI reference number, but some banks or apps may show a longer transaction reference. Open the payment in your app's transaction history and copy the exact UPI Ref/UTR/reference number shown there. That's how we verify that your payment actually went through.
First, double-check that you submitted the correct UTR number after paying. If you did and it's still not reflecting after a reasonable wait, contact us at reply@1onlysarkar.shop with your UTR number and a screenshot of the payment confirmation.
Most deposits are verified quickly. If there's a delay, it's usually due to high verification volume. If your balance isn't updated within a few hours, reach out to support.
In most cases, the money is automatically refunded by your bank within 3–5 business days. If it isn't, contact your bank first with the transaction details. If the issue is on our end, email us with proof of the deduction.
The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the wallet page at the time of adding funds.
Go to Dashboard → My Wallet and submit a withdrawal request. Enter the amount you want to withdraw along with your UPI ID or bank account details. Requests are processed within 2 to 3 hours, but may take up to 24 to 48 hours during peak periods or banking delays.
