Terms and Conditions#

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of BravK (operated by BravK) and any Free Fire tournaments hosted on it at https://app-deployment.bravk.in. By creating an account or registering for a tournament, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

1. Eligibility#

You must be able to provide accurate registration details (email, name, in-game name, and game UID) to take part in any tournament. If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent or guardian before registering.

2. Account Registration#

When you sign up, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information
  • Keep your account details up to date
  • Not share your account with other players
  • Not create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage in a tournament

We use your game name and UID to confirm your identity when a match starts. If these details don't match the player who shows up in-game, we may remove you from that match.

3. Tournament Participation#

  • Tournament format, schedule, entry requirements, and any prizes will be listed on the relevant tournament page.
  • We reserve the right to change tournament rules, timing, or format before a tournament begins, and we'll try to communicate any changes in advance.
  • Results are based on official in-game outcomes and are verified using the player details submitted at registration.
  • Decisions on disputes, disqualifications, or results are made at our discretion, based on the information available to us.

4. Fair Play#

The following are not allowed and may result in disqualification or a permanent ban from BravK:

  • Using hacks, cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software
  • Teaming up with opponents to manipulate results
  • Registering with someone else's game account or UID
  • Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other players or staff
  • Attempting to interfere with the website or tournament systems

5. Prizes#

If a tournament offers a prize, the amount and payout method will be described on that tournament's page. Prizes are only released once results are verified. We may withhold a prize if we find evidence of rule violations connected to that result.

6. Intellectual Property#

The content on BravK, including the site design, logos, and written material, belongs to BravK and may not be copied or reused without permission. Free Fire and related trademarks belong to their respective owners, and BravK is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

7. Limitation of Liability#

We work to keep tournaments running smoothly, but we can't guarantee the website or any tournament will be free of delays, technical issues, or errors. To the extent permitted by law, BravK is not responsible for losses arising from server downtime, in-game issues outside our control, or disputes between players.

8. Account Suspension or Termination#

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, provides false registration details, or is involved in cheating or abusive behavior. Where possible, we'll try to let you know why.

9. Changes to These Terms#

We may update these Terms as the website or our tournaments evolve. Changes will be posted on this page, and continuing to use BravK after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law#

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
